According to the guidelines of equitization prescribed by the State, Ninh Hoa Sugar JSC (NHS) was incorporated in 2006 on the basis of equitization of Ninh Hoa Sugar Factory. By November, 2015, the Company completed its merger with Bien Hoa sugar JSC and officially changed it name to Bien Hoa – Ninh Hoa Sugar One Member Company Limited to expand market share, comebine values and strengths of each party, contribute to business growth, create new developments for the period of integration

The short-term and long-term goals

1. Objectives of processing capacity

• In the crop of 2015-2016 the factory is being operated with a capacity of 5,200 tons of sugar cane/day and processing 400 tons of RE (refined extra) sugar / day. The sugar cane production reaches 600,000 tons
• In the crop of 2016-2017, the factory will stabilize its processing capacity of 5,200 tons of sugar cane/day and increasing the refining capacity of 5,200 TMN training to 600 tons RE sugar / day. Sugar cane production reaches 650,000 tons
• In the crop of 2017-2018 the factory will complete the project to improve the processing capacity of 6,000 tons suger cane/day and complete the refined sugar processing line with a capacity of 600 tonnes of RE sugar / day

2. Objectives of sugarcane production

• In the crop of 2015-2016 sugarcane production reached 600,000 tonnes of sugar cane, in the crop of 2016-2017 the sugarcane production will increase to 650,000 and in 2017 - 2018 the production will reach 720,000 sugarcane tones of sugar cane

3. Objectives of production time

• Increase the processing capacity of the factory to 6,000 tonnes of sugar cane and 600 tonnes of RE, combined with the expansion of the material area meeting the raw material needs of processing factory in 120-130 days each year.
• Ensure the employee income and the average growth rate of the company from 10% - 12% annually
• In conjunction with the investment in increasing the capacity, investment should also be madein generators to maximize the utilization of existing combustion residue.
• Implement the mechanization and for each phase of material area and growhigh yield and quality sugarcane varieties, to promote the need to increase processing capacity and recovery efficiency.
• Research and development of the post sugar product, such as fertilizer, alcohol, ... and products taking advantage of residual bagasse.
• Make financial investments in the sugar company in the region; restructure companies with capital toincrease the performance of such companiesy.
