Raw sugar production technology process
Stage 1: Preparing materials. Sugar cane was transported to the plant by vehicles, through scales and inspecting to gather data on weight, sugar content and impurities.
Stage 2: Compress the sugar cane to extract the maximum of sacarose in the sugar cane. Sugar caneis chopped with a knife before processed by hammer and compressing machine.
Stage 3: Cleaning - Evaporating to exclude non-sugar agents from sugarcane juice by heating, lime addition, sedimentation to speed up the sugar crystallization.
Stage 4: Cooking sugar, crystallization, centrifugation
Stage 5: Packaging.
